The University of Michigan
Flyers, Inc. is a flying club located at the Ann Arbor
Municipal Airport in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Membership is open
to the general public. Our philosophy emphasizes safety and
continuing education. As the area Cessna Pilot Center (CPC)
, we provide our members with the best-maintained rental
aircraft and highest quality instruction available.

Great flying on cold clear days!
This is a reminder to observe a few critical limitations for your safety and the safety of the equipment.
-6 C (20 F)or greater NORMAL OPERTIONS
-6 TO -12C (20 to 10 F) NO ABRUPT POWER CHANGES. Stalls, MCA, touch and go not permitted. Full stop landings - taxi back permitted.
-12 TO -18 C (10 to 0 F) CROSS COUNTRY ONLY
-18 C and below (0 F) NO OPERATIONS
-CARRY COLD WEATHER GEAR (always!)
ENGINES must be PREHEATED prior to start. So please keep the Tanis heaters plugged in. (It takes more than an hour to preheat an engine left unplugged!)
